- Expand doctor from nickname migration to managed library health checks and repair.
- Recreate missing global/project library roots, footprint/model directories, valid empty symbol libraries, tables and managed registrations.
- Repair stale owned registration paths, wrong KiCad types and disabled owned entries, while preserving unrelated registrations.
- Validate managed files, check registered paths and project/component references, and repair model paths using conservative import matching.
- Report unresolved missing components, models and search paths with a nonzero exit status after safe repairs; never invent deleted component content or overwrite corrupt libraries.
- Preserve preview, backups, nickname migration history and idempotent repairs.
Validation: 67 automated tests, Clippy, formatting, and release build passed. Live KiCad integration requires manual verification.
